Chewbacca tamagotchi in unreal
A downloadable game
This is a Chewbacca Tamagotchi that I made in unreal for my university project. It utilizes c++ to make the objects spawn, move have values and much more!. I tried to replicate the planet Kashyyyk and made it as "Chewbacca" as possible with the Porgs, Millennium falcon, Yoda and even Bossk It aims to create a relaxing star wars vibe.
Doing this in c++ compared to the usual blueprints and nodes was defiantly a challenge and there are areas I could have defiantly improved on but overall I am very pleased with the result!
If you wish to change the gameplay in anyway such a spawning items at a faster rate, all of my visual studio code is organised in the c++ content folder and when pressed will take you to visual studio. In there all of the important mechanics are organised and will be easy to change!. The same goes for the meshes and textures, they are organised in the normal content folder if you wish to change or add anything new.
I have imported all of the meshes and textures for free on sketchfab/Unreal marketplace
